The Dermody Team

Chelsea Franks is an Investment Manager at Dermody and is based in Atlanta.

Ms. Franks is responsible for supporting the team’s national joint venture and development platforms using her extensive experience in marketing, database management, and business administration.

Before joining Dermody, Ms. Franks was a Senior Client Services Specialist at Colliers International-Atlanta, where she assisted in the marketing and closing of more than $700 million in industrial properties. Prior to Colliers, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield in many leadership roles including Senior Brokerage Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant.

Ms. Franks holds a dual degree – a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Hospitality from Georgia State University, with specializations in hospitality and event/meeting management. She also holds a Masters of Commercial Real Estate degree from Georgia State University and has her Georgia Real Estate License. She is a member of the NAIOP – Georgia chapter.

She is active in her local church, volunteering in the children’s ministries as well as their foster care ministries, providing meals to local families who are fostering kids.
