The Logistics Campus receives Industrial Build-to-Suit of the Year at the 2025 NAIOP Chicago Awards for Excellence
Dermody is pleased to announce that on Oct. 30, 2025, The Logistics Campus was awarded Industrial Build-to-Suit Development of the Year at the 2025 NAIOP Chicago Awards for Excellence in recognition of PepsiCo’s build-to-suit distribution facility.
In August 2025, Dermody announced that PepsiCo had leased Building 10, a build-to-suit space at The Logistics Campus in Glenview, Illinois, with the lease set to commence in February 2026. Designed by Kimley-Horn and Partners In Design and constructed by Premier Design & Build Group, the build-to-suit space will consist of a single, 40’ clear building containing approximately 351,520 total square feet, inclusive of a 15,000 SF main office, a 3,000 SF warehouse office and 2,000 SF of cooler space.

The Logistics Campus is Dermody’s flagship logistics park in the Midwest. The planned 10-building development will total 3,238,548 SF of Class A, best-in-class industrial space with unmatched access to Interstate 294, O’Hare International Airport and a labor pool of more than 774,000 within a 10-mile radius.
Four buildings are currently available for occupancy at The Logistics Campus, totaling 698,201 SF. All four buildings can accommodate tenants from 50,000 SF to 295,000 SF, and are equipped with structures designed to be solar-ready and speculative offices to accommodate quick occupancy.
