East Region Office Relocates to Northern New Jersey

We recently relocated our East Region Office from West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania to Northern New Jersey. The office is now located at One Main Street, Suite 202, in Chatham, New Jersey.

“The new office is in the heart of the Northern New Jersey market, a key industrial hub of the Northeast,” said Gene Preston, Partner, Dermody Properties East Region Office. “We believe Northern New Jersey will prove to be a good home-base for us as we continue to increase our activity throughout the eastern United States.”

Pennsylvania and New Jersey provide incredible access to national and international shipping opportunities in addition to transportation infrastructures that put companies within a day’s drive of 130 million customers. The region is home to hundreds of industrial facilities, including many developed by Dermody Properties.

Dermody Properties currently has several projects in varying stages of development in many Northeast markets, including the Lehigh Valley, Central Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey.
