Dermody Rounds Out the Year with Three New Leases in Northern Nevada
Dermody has leased three logistics facilities in its northern Nevada portfolio totaling 389,892 square feet across Sparks and Verdi. The new customers include Belimo Aircontrols (USA), Inc., Bitdeer Industrial Inc. and West Coast Boat Center, reflecting strong and ongoing demand for high-quality, Class A industrial space in the region.
Belimo Aircontrols, part of Switzerland-based Belimo Holding AG, has leased 84,760 SF at LogistiCenter® at Kiley Ranch, Building 1. The lease includes improvements tailored to support Belimo’s continued growth in the manufacturing and controls technology sector.
“Expanding our logistics and customization operations in Sparks represents a big step in bringing Belimo’s supply chain strategy to life,” said Tom Pelillo, VP, Logistics and Customizing Americas at Belimo Aircontrols. “This expansion is a direct response to enhanced growth in the Americas region, and it will strengthen our ability to serve customers more effectively and efficiently as the demand for our products grows.”
Bitdeer Industrial Inc., a subsidiary of publicly traded technology company Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ: BTDR), a world-leading provider of Bitcoin mining infrastructure and solutions, has leased 187,632 SF at LogistiCenter® at Kiley Ranch, Building 2. The lease includes extensive customized improvements to support a planned world-class manufacturing facility for its SEALMINER crypto mining rigs.

West Coast Boat Center has leased 117,500 SF at LogistiCenter® at I-80 West, Phase II, Building 2 in Verdi. The lease will support expanded sales, service and storage operations for the regional family-owned boat dealership.
