Dermody Properties Gains Leasing Momentum in Competitive South Atlanta Submarket

Dermody Properties has leased space at 210 Interstate South Drive, a bulk distribution facility in the competitive south Atlanta submarket, to Kumho Tire USA, a leading tire manufacturer.

210 Interstate South Drive is a 428,160 square foot cross-dock facility strategically located less than one mile from I-75 and 24 miles from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. The state-of-the-art logistics facility features a minimum 28’ clear height, 101 dock-high doors, 147 trailer storage spaces and ESFR fire protection.
