Dermody Breaks Ground on LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth in North Atlanta
Dermody is pleased to announce that it has commenced construction on LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth, a 93,960-square-foot, state-of-the-art logistics facility located at 7515 New Boyd Road in South Forsyth County. The Class A facility is available for pre-leasing and slated for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2025. Dermody acquired the 10-acre site where the facility is being built from Florida Food Products, LLC in October, 2024.
