Colliers International Named Agent for LogistiCenter at Logan

Gloucester County, NJ – July 23, 2012

Colliers International of Mt. Laurel New Jersey is pleased to announce that it has been named the exclusive sales and leasing agent for build-to-suit development sites in excess of 2MSF at Dermody Properties’ LogistiCenter at Logan in Logan Township, Gloucester County, NJ. The 1,100-acre Class A, master-planned business park is located in the heart of the logistics corridor for the northeast United States. The Colliers team is composed of Marc Isdaner, Mark Chubb and Michael Zerbe. These seasoned professionals are marketing the property on behalf of Dermody Properties, parent company of DP Partners.
