Carol Martin Featured in Reno Gazette Journal
Carol Martin was recently featured in the “People You Should Know” column of the Reno Gazette Journal. For ten years Carol Martin has been working to help keep Dermody Properties running smoothly. She joined the team to support senior staff and the leasing team as well as manage the lease administration for northern Nevada. Recently we named Carol administrator of the Dermody Properties Foundation.
In her new role, Carol is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the grant application process, including guiding nonprofit organizations through the process and evaluating all applications before they are sent to the Foundations Board of Directors, which is comprised of entirely of Dermody Properties employees. Her wealth of knowledge and commitment to her community made her the ideal candidate for this position and we are proud to have her on our team.
