The Dermody Properties Team
David Sprinkle is Vice President of Development in the Southeast Region for Dermody Properties. Based in Atlanta, he is responsible for land sourcing, due diligence, entitlements, and design and budgeting efforts related to site development and land and building acquisitions/dispositions.
To effectively guide the company’s land acquisition and development pursuits, David generates initial site analysis and feasibility studies, master plans, preliminary site layouts and infrastructure budgeting and design. He also manages and evaluates the work of third-party consultant teams tasked with investigating land-related environmental, geotechnical and natural/cultural resource matters, and coordinates with government officials at the federal, state and local levels with responsibility for securing all necessary entitlements related to zoning, plan approval, and permitting.
Prior to joining the Dermody Properties team in 2022, Mr. Sprinkle served as Senior Manager of Development Services at Duke Realty. During his time at Duke, he led investigation and entitlement efforts on over 1,000 acres of land with a combined value of $90MM+ and directed site layout and design for more than 15 MSF of new industrial space in the Atlanta, Savannah, and Nashville markets.
Mr. Sprinkle received his bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia and is a Registered Landscape Architect in Georgia and South Carolina.
