Elizabeth Kauchak

Chief Operating Officer

Elizabeth Kauchak is the Chief Operating Officer of Dermody and is primarily responsible for leasing, property management, capital programs, HR and compliance for Dermody’s robust and expanding portfolio. She is a member of the company’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee and brings with her more than 25 years of experience in industrial real estate.

Prior to joining Dermody in 2018, Ms. Kauchak held the position of Vice President / Market Officer for Prologis in the San Francisco Bay Area. She oversaw the leasing and property management teams for the company’s existing 19.6-million-square-foot portfolio. During her tenure, she was also involved in the design and construction of more than 20 million square feet of industrial space and completed more than 1,500 leasing transactions.

Ms. Kauchak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Ball State University. She plays an active role in many professional and community organizations. Most notably she is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Additionally, Ms. Kauchak has participated in Habitat for Humanity.
