The Dermody Properties Team

Katie Stanley is a Senior Financial Analyst at Dermody Properties. She is based at our corporate office in Reno, Nevada and supports the West and Northwest Regions with underwriting acquisition and development assets, executing due diligence, and preparing investor reports.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Ms. Stanley was a Finance & Treasury Manager at Greater Nevada Credit Union, where she was responsible for creating cash flow models, quarterly financial reporting processes, and preparing loan yield and risk analyses.

Ms. Stanley started her career as a Senior Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Ms. Stanley holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
