As Dermody Properties’ Senior Vice President of Capital Deployment, Nancy Shultz is responsible for acquisitions and asset management of industrial buildings and development sites in southern California.
Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Ms. Shultz served as a Vice President of Capital Deployment at both Prologis and AMB Property Corporation, where she led acquisition and disposition efforts. Throughout her career, Ms. Shultz has closed 34 transactions valued in excess of $1 billion, including 8.5 million square feet of building space and 206 acres of land. Additionally, Ms. Shultz has been responsible for the sale of more than $90 million in building and land assets. She has focused primarily on southern California industrial real estate and her experience includes deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, and valuations.
Ms. Shultz holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Mississippi State University, and is a former CPA. Ms. Shultz is an active member of NAIOP Forums and the Southern California NAIOP Chapter and is an organizing committee member for the annual UCLA versus USC Real Estate Challenge.
