Gregory Arnold Joins Dermody Properties
RENO, Nev. – Dermody Properties, one of the nation’s leading industrial developers, has hired Gregory J. Arnold, as their newest Partner. Arnold, a 26-year industrial real estate veteran, will be stationed in the company’s eastern regional office in Philadelphia. Arnold will lead the company’s national customer relationship initiative, expanding on Dermody Properties’ strong foundation of excellent customer service.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, he was Principal at NorthPointe, NA, where he worked with a variety of national real estate firms on account development and other aspects of advisement in industrial real estate. Arnold also served more than 16 years at ProLogis, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Solutions. During his tenure at ProLogis, Arnold was responsible for the build-to-suit development of more than 7 million square feet of industrial facilities in North America, Europe and China.
Over the course of his career, Arnold has developed, leased and managed industrial, office, retail and mixed-use facilities in Baltimore, Cincinnati, Columbus, Kansas City, Kentucky, and Washington, D.C. He was a founding member of, and currently serves on, the Membership Committee of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and is a long-standing member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
