Jeremy D. Merklinger

Jeremy D. Merklinger joined Reno, Nevada-based DP Partners in October 2006 as Manager of the Southeast Region, based in Savannah, Georgia.  His responsibilities include overseeing the development and management of two key projects in this region: the LogistiPort® at Savannah, a 72-acre site near the Port of Savannah, which will include two speculative buildings totaling over one million square feet, and the new LogistiCenter® at Savannah, in Effingham County, that will accommodate 5 million square feet of new industrial space.

Jeremy brings a wealth of experience in this area having served as Project Manager for the Savannah Economic Development Authority from 2002-2006, where he provided site-selection assistance to over 250 companies resulting in substantial investments and jobs in that region.

A native of the New York area, Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing Major) from Georgia Southern University (Statesboro).  Jeremy also served in the U.S. Army for three years as a Combat Engineer.  He is currently a member of the Georgia Economic Developers Association, the Propeller Club of Savannah, and the Young Professionals of Savannah.
